Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 days 

 At Nexos Pharma, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all research materials. We ship orders exclusively within the United States using USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $20.00 applies to all orders within the United States.
  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS for secure and timely delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the time of shipment.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the shipment’s progress.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, customers will be notified via email with an updated estimated delivery time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • No International Shipping: At this time, Nexos Pharma only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available.
  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We do ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses, but delivery times may vary.
  • Signature Requirement: Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Nexos Pharma is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to USPS. However, if you experience any shipping issues, we recommend the following:

  • Lost Package: If your tracking number shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors before contacting us.
  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact customer support at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Shipping Insurance: Customers can request additional shipping insurance at an extra cost. Please contact our support team before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds on Shipped Orders

Due to the research-only nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
